Baby Blessing

We blessed Camden on August 1st, 2010. He was 5 1/2 weeks old at the time.
It was such a great day. Gina and I have been blessed to have our kids at the same time. Her last 3 were all born within weeks of mine. Gina blessed Ashlyn the same day so it was a bit crazy rushing from one church meeting to another but we managed to get a few pics in before leaving. We had a combined dinner that night with the Mason's and the Wright's at Gina's house. It was great to be able to get everyone together, especially since Kenneth and Delaina were able to come into town.

I don't think I've met anyone who likes cupcakes more than Keely does. I don't have pics but when we were at a birthday party for my niece Addilyn all of the kids ate their cupcakes out back. Several of them left their cupcakes on the porch while they went to jump on the tramp. My sister looked outside and Keely was laying on the ground literally inhaling all of their left over cupcakes. It was the funniest thing ever. Delaina brought the leftover cupcakes to the party at Gina's and here Keely is again, inhaling cupcakes :-)

Dancing in the rain

The girls and I were just chillin in the house one day when a huge rain storm blew in. It was gone just as quickly as it came but the girls (and Daddy) were able to get a few minutes of splashing in :-)

Photo shoot 2

Before the baby was born my sister arranged for me to have a newborn photo shoot with her good friend Jenny Biggs. So, we were lucky enough to have two photo sessions with the baby. Camden was two weeks old when these pictures where taken. He couldn't have been a better baby that day. He slept the entire time and let Jenny mold and position him into any position she wanted. Thanks so much for the wodnerful photo's Jenny.

Photo Shoot 1

My friend Heather (a budding photographer) was kind enough to come to my home and take some newborn pictures of Camden. He was 5 days old when these were taken. He wasn't super cooperative (Thad had the AC at 75 deg.) but we still got some cute pictures. Thankyou soo much Heather!!!

Fourth of July

We didn't really do anything this year for the 4th of July. I didn't want to take the baby out in the heat or the crowds. On Sunday (the 4th) we went to my mom's to visit and the girls had fun watching jumping on the tramp and watching their dad shoot his potato gun.
When we got home Thad let them pop some of the fireworks he had gotten from Walmart.
Not too exciting but better than nothing :-)
