Playing in the pool

My dear husband loves to work on projects around the house. The only problem is, he completely disregards whatever "needs" to be done (per me) and picks his own projects. Most of which are things he knows nothing about. Back in December he decided to drain the pool and repaint it. Great idea; however he did not do it right and it slowly but surely began peeling. So, he decided to drain it yet again a few weeks ago but has never gotten around to re-painting it and filling it back up again. Much to the dismay of his daughter who is a little fishy. After the big storm last week this is what we were left with. Needless to say, Jacey and Sassy quite enjoyed it :-)

Ranch anyone???

To say that Jacey loves ranch dressing would be an understatement. If given the opportunity she would drink it right from the bottle. Thad fed her pizza one night while I was gone. Judging from these photos it looks like she had a little bit of pizza with her ranch :-)

Motorcycle mania

Thad bought this mini motorcycle right after we got married. I guess he knew it would be the closest he'd ever come to owning a motorcycle :-) It's been at his parents house for the last few years. He saw it there the other day and decided to bring it home. He and Jacey had quite the time riding around the neighborhood. Unfortunately it was stolen the day after these pictures were taken. I don't know who was sadder, Thad or Jacey. For days she kept saying "Cycle gone Mommy, cycle gone :-( "

So stinkin funny!!!!

Oh my gosh. I seriously haven't laughed this hard in a long time. So, Thad comes in last night and tells me that Jacey went potty in the back of his truck. Just as I'm about to scold her for peeing outside, Thad tells me I might want to take a look at the pictures on the camera before getting mad at her. See below......


Thad being the plumber that he is, sometimes has different plumbing fixtures in his truck. Well, he had this "new" toilet back there and she had to go potty so she hopped right up and went. If you look closely you can see her panties on the back of his window :-) Thad didn't know what she was doing until she yelled "Daddy, I'm all done". How you can get mad at something like that huh!!!!

My little Fire Cracker!!!

We were all sick so this year's 4th of July was pretty uneventful. At least we got to BBQ with my parents and grandparents. Jacey looked so cute all dressed up in her 4th of July attire. Too bad the bows, etc... only lasted for about an hour. She then decided to take it ALL off and put her swim suit on instead :-) At least I got some cute pics in before she did that :-)



Thad and Jacey decided to get up on the roof and watch the fireworks from there. There was no way in heck I was going anywhere near the roof :-)
