Utah Trip

This past weekend I got to fly to Utah without my husband and daughter. Although I missed them it was soooo nice to have a few days to myself :-) Gina and I went up for my cousins wedding. We stayed with Delaina and Charisse (who is living with Delaina). My parents drove up and stayed with us as well. I can't remember the last time we were all together. The only one missing was Darrell :-( We had a lot of fun just relaxing :-)


Okay, so there's a reason I have been only posting pictures of Jacey and Thad. I look like an Oompa Loompa :-( I know, I know...I'm pregnant. So what. I still look like I'm about to explode :-( Oh well. At least I only have until August. Whoo Hoo!!!!

Daddy daughter time

I dug out our old camera and found these pictures that I had never downloaded. Back in February Thad and his friend Brock took Jacey and Bentley to the sand dunes with them. I was not too happy to let her go but he took good care of her and she had an absolute blast :-)

Queen of the throne

It's officially been one week with no diapers. Whoo Hoo!!!! Jacey has done such a good job with her potty training. She's had a few accidents here and there of course but all in all is doing so good :-) She can't decide whether she likes her little potty or the big potty so she switches off.
Doesn't matter to me as long as she makes it into one or the other :-) She's even slept the entire night, for the past three nights, in her panties without any accidents. I know that won't always be the case. Jacey usually likes to run around with nothing on ( I have to force panties on her) so her being so shy in these pictures is very unlike my little exhibitionist :-)

My little musician

We bought this piano for Jacey last year but the batteries went dead so it was incognito for a while. We finally replaced the batteries and you'd have thought we let her go crazy in a candy store or something. She absolutely loves to play it and of course sing into the microphone. Or should I say, eat the microphone (see below) :-)

My little swimmer

Jacey is finally loving her swim lessons and of course swimming at home with mom and dad. Her favorite thing to do is throw something to the bottom of the pool and go down and pick it up.

She is getting so good at swimming by herself. My only fear now is that she has not fear and will do anything :-( I'm having to watch her even more than I already did. She'll just go jump in the pool fully clothed and all :-)

Cutie Patutie!!!

I just bought Jacey a pillowcase dress and she looked sooo stinking cute on Sunday. I of course tried to get pictures of her and her cuteness but just couldn't get her to stop doing her "cheesy" smile. I guess I'll have to start asking her to frown instead :-)

Now that she has figured out how to work the eliptical machine, Jacey spends 1/2 of her day on it. She is actually really good at it. She can do it faster than I can and for longer :-) How sad is that!!!
